Download existing KYC forms from completed KYC reviews and ensure the number of downloaded forms tally with the number of completed reviews. Execute a custom script to consolidate multiple KYC forms into one Excel file for upload into the bank’s KYC platform. Perform data quality checks on the upload file. Liaise with the Data Analytics team to validate the bank’s customer identifier for each record prior to executing upload. Execute upload of the consolidated file to the bank’s KYC platform and resolve any errors that may arise. Track and reconcile the forms downloaded against records successfully uploaded. Assist in preparing or generating compliance‑related tracking reports as required. Ensure all KYC reviews performed comply with the bank’s established policies, procedures, and controls. Perform end‑to‑end management and process support of the account closure process arising from AML exits. Recommend appropriate courses of action for closure, exclusion, or referral cases. Assist in any projects and admin as assigned.
