Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
o Partner with the leadership team to accelerate growth, profitability, and enterprise value.
o Translate company vision into financial roadmaps with measurable milestones and accountability.
o Influence and challenge decision-making at the highest level.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Strategy & Execution
o Identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities across acquisitions, partnerships, and expansions.
o Lead due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, and integration.
o Ensure every strategic move strengthens market position and long-term value.
Financial Planning & Insights
o Own budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning with a focus on growth and scalability.
o Deliver clear, data-driven insights that inform leadership decisions.
o Establish KPIs and dashboards to drive visibility and accountability.
Cash Flow & Capital Stewardship
o Safeguard liquidity and optimize working capital.
o Develop disciplined capital allocation strategies balancing reinvestment, debt management, and sustainability.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
o Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate, timely reporting.
o Build scalable systems and processes for a rapidly growing organization.
o Anticipate risks and implement forward-looking financial frameworks.
