Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Asset Manager, based in San Diego, CA. The Digital Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing the post-production process for all brand imagery across Rylee + Cru, Noralee, and Quincy Mae. This includes managing quality control, ensuring brand consistency, performing expert Photoshop work on product flats, and maintaining organized digital asset systems.

Job Summary:

The Digital Asset Manager will oversee and execute the post-production workflow for product flats, detail shots, and marketing imagery. This role serves as the critical link between the design, content, and web teams - ensuring that all visuals are accurate, color-consistent, and delivered on time for each seasonal launch.

This position combines management and hands-on work - leading quality control across all assets while personally performing advanced photo editing (liquifying, color correcting, scaling, and alignment).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee post-production quality control for product flats and detail photography from our global production partners and in-house shoots.
• Perform hands-on Photoshop work including liquifying, color correction, scaling, and file prep for ecommerce and wholesale.
• Manage external retouchers to ensure consistent quality and alignment with brand standards.
• Maintain consistency across product flats and marketing imagery for all brands within the Rylee + Cru Collective.
• Organize, name, and manage final assets across Dropbox and internal servers to ensure files are accurate and easy to locate.
• Partner with design, content, and web teams to align imagery with seasonal updates and meet go-live deadlines.
• Support the evolution of our digital asset management systems as the company scales.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in photo post-production, retouching, or digital asset management (fashion/apparel industry preferred).
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop including liquify, color correction, scaling, and batch editing workflows.
• Strong knowledge of photo retouching, color management, and visual alignment for ecommerce.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage thousands of assets per season.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with DAM systems, Dropbox, and Adobe Bridge a plus.
