Role Overview As the Operations Manager, you’ll own the day‑to‑day operations of the gym and lead autonomously with strategic support from owners. You’ll oversee team management, sales, marketing, member experience, and operational excellence across front‑of‑house functions with minimal direction. Key Responsibilities Lead front desk staff and trainers, modeling Burn Boot Camp standards consistently Coach, mentor, and promote leadership growth among team members. Manage membership on‑boarding, trial follow‑ups, and retention strategies. Maintain CRM data integrity and follow‑up processes using tools like LoopSpark or Mindbody. Support retail sales, nutrition, and merchandising efforts. Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and gym events. Curate and share engaging social media content that captures camp energy and community. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Burn Boot Camp protocols. Handle retail ordering, inventory launches, and facility logistics. Generate and analyze reports (sales, member retention, KPIs), recommend actions. Facilitate team training seminars to align on best practices, branding, and operational standards. Qualifications Strong marketing background Proven ability to thrive independently and proactively in a fast‑paced environment. Multi‑unit leadership experience, driving sales and operational KPIs. Strong financial aptitude: read P&L statements, track budgets, report on financial performance. Comfortable with CRM, Mindbody or similar platforms; quick learner for digital tools. Excellent oral and written communication, outstanding customer service . High social media sophistication and capacity to create content. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, adept at multitasking with follow‑through. Positive, motivational leadership style; calm under pressure and able to handle challenging scenarios.
