JOB SUMMARY

The Production Line Leader responsibilities are to support the Production Department to insure efficiencies of all required processes.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

The Production Line Leader reports directly to the Production Group Leader and bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble products to high standards of quality and quantity
• Train assemblers to build products according to work instructions
• Execute special tasks within the assembly process
• Maintain order at the workplace, in the storage locations, and in rooms of general use
• Cooperation within assembly team
• Assist in scheduling, distribution, and processing of work assignments
• Coordinate work assignments
• Role Model to team
• Assist Group Leader in performance evaluation process
  Other Responsibilities:
• Group Leader back up for critical functions
• • ERP and business software applications
  • Warehouse management systems

REQUIREMENTS

• High school education or higher
• Electromechanical ability
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken form
• Operate manufacturing equipment and electronic test equipment
• Act with a sense of urgency, organization, and responsibility
• Ability to use computers and other electronic interface equipment
• Must have current production experience
