Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Project Manager to join one of our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead multiple projects, ensuring they remain within budget, schedule, and scope. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and financial oversight. Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization are essential for this position. Responsibilities: Oversee project execution within defined constraints, minimizing risk and ensuring adherence to methodologies. Manage budgets, financials, and vendor relationships, including SOWs and offshore resources. Develop and implement structured communication plans for stakeholders. Drive project success by coordinating teams, mitigating risks, and maintaining project schedules. The Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 6 years of project management experience. Experience with SAP migration or integration projects. Proficient in MS Project, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and Project Online/Server (PPM tools preferred). Experienced in managing multiple projects with budgets between $500K - $5M. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk/issue management, and cross-team collaboration. Strong communication and leadership abilities, including delivering difficult messages and influencing decisions. Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
