Job Responsibilities: Lead the management of projects and workstreams effectively. Negotiate scope and timing for project deliverables. Act as the main point of contact for project teams and managers. Utilize channel and process expertise for successful execution. Document subprocesses and maintain accurate records. Support training and onboarding processes. Drive and facilitate process improvement discussions. Manage projects across campaigns and multiple channels. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent collaboration with peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership. Ability to adapt positively to change and navigate ambiguity. Exceptional time management and organizational skills with a focus on multitasking.
